Quantity Surveyor Cookstown Salary dependant on experience Our client, a construction company specializing in building projects, property renovations, and refurbishments across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, is actively seeking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Day to Day: Estimating costs for Bills of Quantities (B.O.Q.) and work schedules. Conducting precise measurements and take-offs for projects. Preparing and managing tender submissions. Performing site remeasurements to ensure accuracy. Calculating and submitting project variations to the design team. Compiling monthly valuations and settling final accounts. Experience A third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying. A minimum of 3 years' professional experience as a Quantity Surveyor. A valid full driving license.
