Hotel Sales & Events Executive We are currently looking for a Hotel Sales & Events Executive for a lovely 4 hotel in Frensham, near Farnham. The team are responsible for managing all aspects of events in the hotel. Maintaining consistent standards of service, ensuring guest satisfaction whilst creating a work environment that supports organisational values. Ensuring the smooth running of all event bookings from initial enquiry through to final accounting, providing a consistent first-class standard of service to all customers through the dedicated implementation of the departmental SOP standards. The Person The ideal Sales & Events Executive will have the following: Experience in an events role within a hotel including weddings Hotel sales experience essential Computer literate Comfortable with a predominately stand alone role Working with and managing an events coordinator Self-motivated, with a passion for the industry A real people person and a good team player but with the ability to show initiative and work on your own. A good clear telephone voice with excellent spoken & written English and good administration skills with an eye for detail.
