Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, the Public Area Cleaner will play a key role in achieving excellent Housekeeping standard across hotel public areas and meeting rooms. Also, ensuring a high degree of guest care and services are provided all the time and maintaining the cleanness standards to bought front and back of houses areas. About the role: Ensure all public areas are clean and presented to require standards throughout the night. Ensure all night scheduled deep cleanings are completed on time with following all safety guidelines and measurements. Ensure all cleaning material are used and stored correctly as per hotel standards. Effectively communicate between yourself and management team to ensure all cleaning tasks are recorded and monitored according to the hotel standards. Responds to requests from supervisors, or management in a timely and efficient manner. Follows company policies and procedures.
