About the Role: As a Reception Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the Reception Manager while leading the team in their absence. Youll help train and motivate the reception staff to ensure they consistently deliver premium service and represent the company at their best. With a focus on managing and coordinating reservations in a fast-paced environment, youll ensure smooth front-of-house operations while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and guest engagement. Your strong presence, exceptional communication skills, and ability to handle challenging situations will create a welcoming and engaging experience for every guest. What Were Looking For: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably with knowledge of SevenRooms or similar reservation systems. Strong leadership skills to deputise for the Reception Manager, train, and support the reception team. Excellent spoken and written English, with a polished tone of voice and professional appearance suited to a premium environment. The ability to stay calm and composed under pressure, effectively managing challenging guests and situations. A proactive, engaging personality with a passion for hosting and creating engaging, memorable experiences for guests. Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills to manage a busy reservation system and ensure smooth front-of-house operations.
