About the Role: As a Reception Manager, you will lead and inspire our reception team, ensuring they are well-trained, motivated, and consistently delivering the premium service our guests expect. Youll manage and coordinate reservations in a busy, fast-paced environment while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and guest engagement. What Were Looking For: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably with knowledge of SevenRooms or similar reservation systems. Strong leadership skills to train, mentor, and coordinate a high-performing reception team. Excellent spoken and written English, with a polished tone of voice and professional appearance suited to a premium environment. The ability to stay calm and composed under pressure, effectively managing challenging guests and situations. A strong personality with a passion for hosting and creating engaging, memorable experiences for guests. Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills to manage a busy reservation system and ensure smooth front-of-house operations.
