We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Manager to lead our elegant Cocktail Lounge Bar and create memorable moments for our guests. Your Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of our stylish bar, featuring a thoughtfully crafted menu of cocktails, brunch options, and light bites. Provide outstanding service to both hotel guests and local visitors in a vibrant, fast-paced atmosphere. Lead, motivate, and mentor a dedicated team, ensuring top-tier standards and seamless service delivery. What We're Looking For: Proven experience managing a high-volume bar, ideally with a diverse cocktail menu. Previous hotel experience is desirable but not essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive team success. A hands-on attitude, excelling under pressure in fast-paced environments. Expertise in managing busy service periods and maintaining cost efficiency. Exceptional professionalism, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
