Key Responsibilities: Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations, ensuring all food preparation meets our quality standards. Oversee food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations. Manage stock levels and order supplies efficiently to minimize waste. Maintain a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and collaboration. What Were Looking For: Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a high-end, busy restaurant setting. Strong culinary skills and a passion for contemporary cuisine. Excellent leadership and communication abilities. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple tasks. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations. Creativity and a desire to contribute to menu innovation.
