Whether you’re experienced or just starting out in recruitment, if you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love the challenge of building connections, we want to hear from you The Role As a Recruitment Consultant at Westwood Recruitment, you’ll play a key role in driving success across multiple sectors. Your focus will be on sourcing and placing top-tier talent while building and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Build and maintain strong client relationships across Engineering, Construction, Facilities Management, Hospitality, and Technology sectors. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow the client base. Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to secure partnerships. Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Match candidates with roles that align with their skills, experience, and career goals. Provide tailored career advice and manage the candidate journey from application to placement. End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from taking detailed job briefs to successful placement and onboarding. Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage offer negotiations. Ensure a seamless and positive experience for both clients and candidates. Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to provide clients with expert advice. Build a network of top talent in the market and maintain a pipeline for future roles. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in recruitment or sales (industry experience in one of our sectors is advantageous). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A self-motivated, results-driven attitude with the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
