A global leader in innovative technology solutions seeks a talented and motivated Commercial Contracts lawyer, 4-7 PQE, to join their highly skilled in-house Legal team on a hybrid basis in Reading . This role involves providing comprehensive legal support to the UK&I businesses, with a focus on commercial transaction and legal advisory work. An opportunity for a talented and driven individual who is looking for a role with lots of variety and potential opportunities for internal progression. You will engage in a range of work, supporting both client-facing and internal functions. You will review and negotiate on a range of contracts with customers and partners, including hardware, software, managed services and professional services agreements. The scope of work is diverse, and it offers challenges and opportunities across commercial contracts, advisory work and engaging in firm wide projects. You will collaborate with legal colleagues on global templates, programs and new product/service offerings. You will have 4-7 years PQE experience and a strong, demonstratable understanding of the UK legal system, with confidence in advising on and applying new legislation to diverse business scenarios. A calm, proactive approach to work, with excellent communication and an efficient attitude is important in this team, alongside being a proactive team player with a growth mindset that has a commitment to continuous learning and ability to work under pressure.
