Your Role Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, providing tailored recruitment solutions. Source and place permanent candidates across a variety of sectors, helping our clients find the best talent. Take ownership of the full recruitment cycle – from identifying talent to closing placements. Expand your network of candidates through direct sourcing, advertising, and referrals. Manage and prioritise multiple recruitment projects, ensuring deadlines and targets are consistently met. Use your strong administrative and IT skills to manage candidate data, job bookings, and recruitment processes effectively. What We're Looking For Previous recruitment or sales experience is highly desirable but not essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates. Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. A target-driven mindset, with a passion for achieving goals. IT and administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software. A team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
