Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with Procore and Bluebeam is a plus. Comprehensive knowledge of commercial construction practices, materials, scheduling, and industry standards. Demonstrates high standards of integrity, fairness, and dedication in every aspect of work. Able to address challenges creatively and focus on achieving positive outcomes. Willingness to travel within the region as required.
