Competitive salary: £34,500 Day shift: 08:00 - 20:00 or Night shift: 20:00 - 08:00 Opportunities for professional and personal career growth Your Responsibilities: Welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless experience. Anticipating and fulfilling guests needs with attention to detail and personalized care via phone, in person, and emails. Providing recommendations and assisting with the move-in and move-out process. Handling guest inquiries and requests promptly, and being familiar with each of our residents, their pets, and children, ensuring they are addressed by name. About You: Previous experience in a hotel or residential property is preferred. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
