Director of Sales Overview: The primary focus of the role is to drive incremental revenue in line with budget and future strategy. With a focus on delivering new lucrative business opportunities that drive revenue and rate, and to build effective relationships with existing accounts to drive volume. The role will also focus on revenue growth of the M&E and group business segments from a combination of new, existing and agency relationships, across all hotels within the Hotel portfolio. The individual will need strong leadership skills, with a focus on induction, training, mentoring & measurement of the team. This property is more lifestyle/Entertainment focused along with MICE and Corporate.
