The Post To manage the centre kitchen and lead the day to day preparation and serving of food to Centre users and staff for up to 200 guests. To oversee and direct day to day housekeeping throughout the Centre to ensure high standards of cleanliness and provision of supplies. The Person We are looking for a flexible person who is able to deliver a high-quality service, able to work some evenings and weekends with the: Ability to lead the day-to-day management of the Centres kitchen and catering operations. Ability to direct and supervise kitchen and domestic staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and catering. Ability to direct teams and work under minimum supervision. Able to communicate effectively with children and young people, parents and teaching staff. Ability to maintain detailed records, compliant with food hygiene regulations. Ability to maintain records of food used and quantities needed for varying numbers of persons. Ability to maintain kitchen and other working areas in a clean and sanitary condition. AMRT1_UKCT
