Youll be dynamic, engaging and have a natural flair for bringing the cocktail menu to life with real theatre for our guests. The Role As Bartender, youll be friendly and welcoming and motivated to build great relationships with our customers. Youll have a good understanding of bar operations, a real passion for cocktails and a strong knowledge of wines, beers and spirits. Mix and serve a wide variety of cocktails, beers, and wines. Deliver top-notch customer service with a friendly, professional attitude. Maintain a clean, organized bar area and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards. Manage inventory, restocking, and cash handling accurately. Collaborate with a vibrant team to provide a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. The Person As well as having previous experience in a similar role, youll have an absolute commitment to delivering exceptional service, a charismatic personality and a natural flair for creating memorable experiences with all of our guests. Youll have a can-do attitude and be able to respond flexibly to different guest requests and situations. Finally, youll have a good command of the English language and be very well presented. The Hotel Situated in the heart of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, with 228 bedrooms including 11 suites, this period building has been beautifully restored to its former glory in a luxurious design to offer the ultimate in relaxation.
