My client is a leading activity centre, and are looking for a new Assistant Chef to join their talented team bringing healthy and high-quality meals to the visitors. The duties and responsibilities of the Assistant Chef will be: Cooking high quality food in large volumes Dealing with all food preparation for the days service Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure a smooth service Maintain the hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen and food prep area. The ideal Assistant Chef will: Have experience in mass food production Be confident in using fresh produce Be passionate, dedicated.
