Route 74 Truckstop based in Glasgow currently are recruiting for a full time position as Kitchen Assistant You will be assisting our Head Chef with basic cooking, food preparation, cleaning duties and general duties within the kitchen. You are required to have at least 1 years experience cooking, food hygiene procedures and working in a commercial kitchen.
