The food produced here is of the highest quality and ranges from working lunches to canapés and sit down formal dinners. With the food being of Michelin standard, detail and presentation is essential. As the Sous Chef, you will be Working as part of a team to produce fresh seasonal food at the highest level Supporting the Head Chef in the running of the kitchen Managing junior members of the team Involved in creating menus for both the staff dining as well as hospitality, fine dining and canapés Working hours will be Monday to Friday, approx. 40 hours per week with some evenings as required.
