The pub is located directly opposite Enfield Chase train station on a busy road and surrounded by chimney pots. The pub will be receiving a minor investment to refresh the feel of the pub currently in a good condition but we want to elevate it to align with our premium offer. The pub has two completely separate rooms both accessed from the street and one with a garden entrance. They boast several unique features such as a fireplace in the right-hand bar, curved bay windows etched with representations of a wheatsheaf and art nouveau style flowers and brown glazed brick facing. There is an event space in the Vault which holds 40 standing and 20 seated offering the opportunity for private dining or exclusive special occasions. The massive outside space is a real opportunity to dial up events both in winter and summer with a retractable stretch tent, heated booths and TVs for big ticket sporting fixtures summer events and festivals will be a big draw.
