As a Marketing and PR Manager , you will play a crucial role in enhancing the online presence and visibility of the Royal Garden Hotel. This multifaceted position involves managing various digital channels to ensure optimal visibility, engaging customer communications, and maintaining the overall 5-star look and feel across all digital platforms. The key responsibilities of the Marketing and PR Manager include: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the hotels services, facilities, and events, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business goals. Oversee all digital marketing initiatives, including website content, email campaigns, and social media platforms, to drive online visibility, engagement, and direct bookings. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with local businesses, travel agencies, and event organisers to enhance the hotel's market presence and generate revenue opportunities Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using insights to refine strategies and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
