Dove Restaurant just launched at the 7th January 2025 and is the more casual approach taking over the well know Orasay Restaurant. Dove is a small, elegant neighbourhood restaurant in Notting Hill, focused on lorem ipsum sit amet dolor. We are looking for the right candidate to join the exciting relanch. Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Supervisor ready to step up or Assistant Restaurant Manager (minimum of one year experience in a similar enviroment) supporting our General Manager and complimenting our beloved junior team leading Dove into 2025. You should be ready to jump in and grow with us. Attitude more important than experience. Best start with February or before. Ideal Candidate: - Team player - Natural authority and leading by example attitude. - A minimum of one year experience in the role of Assistant Restaurant Manager or well experienced Supervisor ready to step up. - A strong interest in food and drinks - A love of hospitality and working busy service - A desire to learn and grow with us as a company - a good understanding in wine/ best WSET level 2 or 3, but not mandatory. We offer: - Mondays off. - This position is full time 49hours/week including breaks.
