Bartender

We are seeking a talented and passionate Mixologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all the classic cocktails, while also showcasing the flexibility and creativity to work with our clients' in-house cocktail specifications. This is a hands-on role that requires teamwork, adaptability, and a proactive approach to assist in all aspects of service, including floor duties when needed. Key Responsibilities: Create and serve classic cocktails and house specials to the highest standard. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Support the team by taking on floor duties during busy periods, ensuring a seamless guest experience. Keep up-to-date with cocktail trends and bring fresh ideas to the table. Work collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent customer service. What Were Looking For: A solid knowledge of classic cocktails and techniques. Ability to adapt quickly and work with in-house cocktail recipes. Team player with a hands-on approach to all aspects of the role. Experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and efficiency. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for mixology and creating memorable guest experiences.
