Were looking for someone with: Strong leadership skills to inspire and manage a team Excellent communication and organizational skills A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional dishes Experience with kitchen management tasks such as menu writing and costing, stock taking, rota planning, supplier management, and maintaining high hygiene standards While experience with Italian cuisine is a bonus, its not essential.
