Job Title: Front of House & Barista Location: Rochester Salary: £13.50 per hour Job Type: Full-Time Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM About Us: Our client is a welcoming spot known for our exceptional coffee and friendly service. We are looking for a dynamic and skilled individual to join our team as a Front of House & Barista. If you have a passion for coffee and enjoy interacting with customers, we would love to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Greet and serve customers with a friendly and positive attitude. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages. Maintain a clean and organized front of house area. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Assist with the setup and closing of the café/restaurant. Support the team with any additional tasks as required. Requirements: Previous experience as a barista and in a front of house role is essential. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
