Millennium Hotels UK are looking for Engineering Administrator to assist the Engineering Management in controlling and organising the Engineering Function. Key responsibility To provide administrative support to Corporate and Engineering teams of Hotels To provide documentation control support to Engineering team Review all Engineering annual services and schedules of Hotels , interact with Hotel Chief Engineers to ensure all services are updated and completed. Review annual PPM programmes of Hotels and ensure all preventive Maintenance programmes are completed on time as per M&C policy Contact suppliers / contractors to get required quotations for Engineering projects Follow up with Hotels to ensure all Engineering Insurance Inspections are completed as per schedule and remedials works completed Follow up with Hotels to submit completion report of approved Engineering capex Responsible for Departments secretarial duties To assist with running reports to identify trends Represent the Maintenance department at Health and Safety Meetings Liaise with other departments to ensure timely repairs and programmable work Responsible for maintaining the correspondence filing systems Assist in preparation of minutes of departmental meetings To be fully conversant with the Hotel Fire and Emergency operations. What will make you successful: Working knowledge of using Microsoft Office Packages. Previous experience of working in an administrator / coordinator role. Previous experience of working within hotels or similar industry. Able to follow instructions and work within restricted timescale, a team player who can manage own workload when necessary. Keen eye for detail. Follows Procedures: Adopting a systematic and organised approach; preferring to work in a precise, methodical manner; developing and utilising guidelines and procedures.
