Chef de Partie with Accomodation

The annual salary is £29,952.00, based on a 48-hour work week. The position involves a combination of straight and split shifts. The role will take place in our main hotel restaurant, a fine dining establishment with 2 AA Rosettes, as well as a brasserie and two cafes located in the village, all serviced by the hotel kitchen. Live-in accommodation is available in our staff house, which is a 20 to 25-minute walk from the hotel. The accommodation rate is £390.00 per month, including all bills, internet, and TV license. We are looking for someone with relevant experience who is eager to advance and collaborate within a friendly team. Requirements: Someone with a genuine love for cooking and an appreciation for using only the finest fresh in gredients and ideally experience working in a Rosette level kitchen A positive attitude and friendly nature are crucial for creating a welcoming atmosphere for both colleagues and guests. Excellent interpersonal skills are needed to thrive in our close-knit team and to ensure seamless operations. The team is small and collaborative, ideal for those who thrive in a close and supportive working environment.
