RoleOverview: Theyareseekingapassionate,results-driven SeniorSalesManager tojointheirdynamicteam.Thisisapredominantlysales-focusedrolewithasmallbutimportantelementofeventplanning,offeringauniqueopportunitytoworkdirectlywithclientswhileoverseeingthedeliveryofexceptionalevents.Youwillplayakeyroleindrivingbusinessdevelopment,managingclientrelationships,andensuringourservicesarepositionedcompetitivelyinthemarket. KeyResponsibilities: SalesManagement&BusinessDevelopment: Drivetheentiresalesprocess,fromleadgenerationandprospectingtoclosingdealsandupsellingadditionalservices. Developandexecutetargetedsalesstrategiestomeetorexceedmonthlyandannualrevenuetargets. Cultivateandnurturelong-termrelationshipswithbothnewandexistingclients,ensuringhighlevelsofsatisfactionandrepeatbusiness. Identifynewbusinessopportunitiesacrossthecorporate,private,andweddingsectorstogrowourclientbase. Representthecompanyatindustryevents,networkingfunctions,andexhibitionstogenerateleadsandbuildbrandawareness. Stayuptodatewithmarkettrendsandcompetitoractivitytoensureourofferingsremaincompetitiveandinnovative. EventPlanning(MinorFocus): Collaboratewithclientstounderstandtheireventrequirementsandprovidetailoredcateringsolutionsthatexceedtheirexpectations. Assistwiththeplanningandcoordinationofeventlogistics,ensuringallcateringelementsaredeliveredsmoothlyandaccordingtoplan. Overseekeyaspectsofeventdelivery,ensuringquality,presentation,andcustomerservicestandardsaremaintained. Offercontinuoussupporttoclientsinthelead-uptotheirevents,managinganylast-minutechangesandaddressinganyqueries. TeamLeadership&Collaboration: Workcloselywiththeoperationsandeventteamstoensuresmoothcommunicationandefficientexecutionofevents. Mentorandguidejuniorsalesstaff,helpingthemdeveloptheirskillsandachievetheirownsalesgoals. Reportregularlytoseniormanagementonsalesperformance,clientfeedback,andmarkettrends. Skills&Experience: Musthaveexperienceinsales,withafocusonevents,catering,orhospitality. Proventrackrecordofexceedingsalestargetsandmanagingavariedclientportfolio. Excellentcommunicationandnegotiationskills,withtheabilitytobuildstrongrelationshipsanddeliverexceptionalcustomerservice. Strongorganizationalskillsandattentiontodetail,withtheabilitytomanagemultipleprojectsanddeadlinessimultaneously. Apassionforfoodandeventplanning,withanabilitytounderstandandanticipateclientneeds. ProficiencyinCRMsystemsandMicrosoftOffice. DesirableSkills: Experienceworkingwithhigh-profileclientsandlarge-scaleevents. Familiaritywitheventlogisticsandcateringoperations.
