As Assistant General Manager you will support the GM and deputise in his absence overseeing the daily running of the restaurant and ensuring standards of service remain consistently high. The Perks The Assistant General manager will benefit from: Salary basic of £32,000 £10,000- £12,000 in service per annum Working alongside a top chef and established General Manager 4 days on 3 days off. The Person The Assistant General Manager will have: Experience as an Assistant Manager or Assistant General Manager in a gastro pub or restaurant setting The confidence to deputise for the General Manager in their absence, supporting with the efficient running of service. Dedication, motivation and positive Flexibility to cover shifts as required. Passion to deliver excellent customer service Ideally live locally or have your own transport.
