Restaurant Supervisor

We are looking for that experienced person to join our Nonna's family. Candidate must be a friendly, organised, well presented person and be 21 years of age (or over), ready to work in one of Hertfordshire's busiest restaurants located in Hoddesdon. The Duty Supervisor role will mean; taking charge of the restaurant when the manager is not on duty, cashing up at the end of the day, the ability to handle the general public and to plan staff rotas. The successful candidate must have the right to work, holding a valid NI number and UK bank account. English speaking and understanding is a must, Italian language is a bonus. The candidate must live locally or have own transport as late nights are required, especially at weekends. AMRT1_UKCT
