The desired applicant would have the following, but not limited to; - 1 year Barista experience - An out-going personality that oozes confidence What Evolve can offer you: Pay up to £14 per hour Holiday pay is accumulated on top of your hourly rate. Working from different locations in and around Birmingham Monday- Sunday - Flexible hours Paid weekly Part time and temporary work Plenty of hours available Allergen Certificate A great referral schemes Duties: Greeting customers and delivering excellent customer service Preparing coffees, beverages and food to a high standard of taste and quality Confidence to know how to make a variety of hot beverages Prepping food and Serving Providing top quality service at VIP clients Making recommendations to customers and answering any questions Monitor and maintain hygiene and cleaning standards.
