As Demi Chef de Partie you will ensure you section is maintained and help create high end dishes for the hotels various outlets. The Person The ideal demi Chef de partie will have the following: Previous experience as a Commis or demi chef de partie Hotel or restaurant experience beneficial Fresh food kitchen experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
