Our venue offers a blend of luxury and intimacy, with beautiful shepherds’ huts, a chic wedding venue, and an unforgettable atmosphere for couples and their guests. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Wedding Coordinator to join our growing team and ensure every couple’s special day is truly magical. Key Responsibilities Planning and Coordination: • Work closely with couples to understand their vision and guide them through the planning process. • Create detailed event timelines, checklists, and schedules. • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless execution. On-the-Day Support: • Be the main point of contact for the couple and vendors on the wedding day. • Manage the setup of ceremony and reception spaces, ensuring every detail is perfect. • Troubleshoot any issues discreetly and efficiently, ensuring a stress-free experience. Client Relations: • Build strong, trusting relationships with couples and their families. • Provide expert advice on themes, packages, and customizations. • Deliver exceptional service to ensure positive reviews and referrals. Venue Administration: • Maintain detailed records for each wedding, including budgets and schedules. • Work with the Ballyness team to improve offerings and streamline processes. • Assist in marketing efforts by contributing to social media content and venue tours. What We’re Looking For • Proven experience as a wedding or event coordinator. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. • A creative mindset with attention to detail. • The ability to work calmly under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances. • Knowledge of wedding trends, themes, and traditions.
