Offering modern, well-equipped facilities, our dynamic and expanding group of 42 dental practices offers NHS, private and specialist care. We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (1 Year FTC) who is keen to develop their skills further and join our team to manage our HR desk. If you have prior HR experience, have good people skills, are meticulous, organised and proactive, looking for an immediate start and wanting to develop further, then please do read further Job Title: HRBP (Fixed Term Contract) Location: 1stFloor, The High Barn, Pinner Hill Farm, Pinner Hill Road, Pinner, Middlesex, HA5 3YQ Nature of employment: Full time, 12-month Fixed Term Contract Salary range: Based on experience. Will be discussed at time of interviews. Essential: Experience of delivering and/or managing of the end-to-end employment cycle Managing employment relations issues such as grievances, investigations, disciplinary including note taking Delivering mid to large formal consultation processes such as redundancy’s At least 3 years working in a fast-paced commercial HR department Able to draft own letters and responses with minimal intervention Team player Suitable industries would be Dentistry, retail, hospitality, FMCG Desirable: Involved in a HR change project Working with a bureau outsourced payroll provider Using HR metrics and data to support recommendations and guidance to the business Previously experience as a HR Assistant Please note this is an office-based role located in Pinner, Harrow, 5 days a week; may be open to compressed working pattern such as 4 days per week 8am-5.30pm.
