Welcome to DYLOGY French startup founded in 2023, Dylogy (formerly Novaa Tech) helps insurers, reinsurers, and brokers better manage their documents and risks through generative AI. Founded by three engineers and actuaries from the insurance and technology sectors, Dylogy offers an innovative platform to process and analyze all types of documents, ensuring informed decision-making and proactive monitoring. Tasks of the position Platform Development and Scalability Enhancement - Expand the platform's scalability, focusing on vector store capabilities and Large Language Models (LLM). - Streamline the integration of Data Engineering and Machine Learning Engineering work. - Develop web services for new platform features. Establish Robust and Sustainable Development Practices - Enhance testing methodologies and DEVOPS practices. - Implement comprehensive service observability and cost management. - Ensure service security and certification. - Refine the error management system and improve user management. Client Engagement - Assist clients with the integration of our technology and service offerings. - Occasionally provide training on related subjects. Research and Development - Stay abreast of new technologies and practices relevant to our services. - Promote and enhance the company's R&D efforts. Profile required Required hard skills & stack : - Python proficiency (3 to 5 years XP on production grade applications). - Experience with DEVOPS : Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, InfraAsCode. - Cloud provider : AWS or Azure - MLOPS is a plus. Complementary hard skills & stack : - FastAPI framework. - DynamoDB / NoSQL Database. - Experience with frontend development (ReactJS, VueJS). - Experience with Typescript. - Interest and Knowledge in security principles is a plus. Softskills : - Strong team spirit - Autonomous and Pragmatic - Curiosity about latest technologies, methodologies and tools - Desire to learn and grow with the team Language : - Fluent business English is a must. French is an asset.
