Sr. Estimator (Construction)

Here at RealREPP, we are working with a prestigious commercial general contractor that has been in business since 2011 and is looking for Sr Estimator to join the team. This is a great opportunity for someone to partner with a strong leadership team and to be part of the lucrative bonus structure once a project is completed. (based on profitability) Compensation- great base salary $135,000 - $155,000 (DOE) bonus car allowance (not taxed) phone reimbursement 401K matching starting soon. This Construction/ Development firm specializes in Medical Office, Office, Restaurant, TI and Government buildings across the Los Angeles area. This position will be working directly with 2 other Estimators, Business Development Manager and have great mentorship from the VP of Operations.
