Senior Project Manager – General Contractor/Developer Combo - Permanent Los Angeles, CA – On-Site Position Harper Harrison is partnered with a mid-size, well-established builder in Los Angeles. With both Development & Construction arms, they cover a broad range of services within the Multifamily / Mixed-Use market sectors. They are looking for talented individuals with 15-20 years’ of Project Management experience in Multifamily Construction to join their business on a permanent basis as a Senior Project Manager. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with a strong GC background interested in continuing GC work but also getting exposure to Developer world. Responsibilities Provide planning, design & construction services for Commercial / Multifamily build-up projects Lead Project Management activities of multi-million-dollar projects to be completed on time and within budget Understand & navigate local zoning codes & regulations and integrate these in to building plans Write & present on building reports and communicate with all stakeholders Requirements 15 Years’ as a Project Mngineer in the Construction field Ideally experience with Multifamily and/or Mixed-Use Construction projects (Can also consider Hotels, Hospitals, Schools) Ideally College degree in Construction related industry Attention to detail focused individual on Project related matters If this is a role that interests you then please click respond through the LinkedIn apply function or send your resume over to J.Greavesharperharrison.com.
