In the role of a Program Administration Associate, you will have the opportunity to: Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him. Support the travel logistics of event attendees including booking of flights, hotel rooms, and rental cars as needed as well as assisting with rooming lists, and special needs. Assists the Operations Manager in compiling and ensuring accuracy of weekly reports that support operations and follow up reporting after alumni attendance at Samaritan Lodge Alaska. Utilize SharePoint, Excel, and be able to learn and utilize additional systems to support travel, logistics, accurate reporting, and data collection. Oversee processing and ensure accuracy of all travel expense reimbursements for OHOP alumni.
