Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Coordinator at JC Plastic Surgery of Atlanta located in Atlanta, GA near Northside Hospital. The Front Desk Coordinator will be responsible for managing the front desk activities, including welcoming patients, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in using office equipment and software Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a customer service is preferred
