Job Description

Advert Financial Performance Co-ordinator (Fixed Term) Dumfries £34,161 - £36,564 You will be required to work 36 hours per week, 52.14 weeks per year. We are currently recruiting for a Financial Performance Co-ordinator to join our busy Employability and Skills Team, Partnership Management Office (PMO). This is to support our work with the Local Employability and Skills Partnership (LEP). This role will support the PMO in its governance role to manage the performance and finance of LEP projects and commissions. The successful candidate will work closely with the senior management team in Employability and Skills to monitor and track the commissioned work of the LEP, supporting our Scottish Government Reporting requirements. Working with the Partnership Management Office (PMO) you will be part of a small team dedicated to working with and supporting the strategic direction of the Local Employability and Skills Partnership. We work with a diverse range of partners across the Third, Public and Private Sectors to enhance and develop local people’s employability journeys. This post is based in Dumfries with hybrid working arrangements and the post-holder will be expected to be flexible and responsive to demand. You will be educated to SCQF Level 6 in a related subject and extended experience of working within a business administration, finance or performance role is required. This post is funded until 31 March 2026. This post may be suitable for secondment. Agreement from your line manager must be sought before applying for this post.
