We have become the UK's most prominent provider of GPS tracking products and services. From our own fleet tracking system, to personal use trackers, as well as insurance approved vehicle tracking installation throughout the UK, Trackershop has the GPS market covered. Due to business growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a ‘Sales Executive’ to join our SW London based team. About the role As a Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving growth by leveraging our Apollo CRM system to manage leads and client interactions effectively. This position is ideal for a digital-savvy professional who understands how to use marketing and sales tools to enhance client engagement. You'll be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, delivering impactful sales presentations, and building strong client relationships. Through a consultative approach, you'll uncover client needs, provide tailored solutions, and negotiate terms to close deals confidently. This role also involves close collaboration with internal teams, maintaining accurate sales records, and staying informed on industry trends to effectively position our products and services. Key Responsibilities 1. Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify potential clients through research, networking, and leveraging existing contacts. Generate leads through various methods, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and attending industry events. 2. Building Relationships : Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations. Engage with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals. 3. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations : Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the client's requirements. Clearly articulate the value proposition of the products or services being offered. 4. Consultative Selling : Employ a consultative approach to sales, asking questions and listening to the client's needs to provide tailored solutions. Analyze the client’s business processes and challenges to position the company’s offerings effectively. 5. Negotiation and Closing : Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to finalize sales agreements. Close deals by overcoming objections and ensuring that clients feel confident in their purchasing decisions. 6. Account Management : Manage existing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Regularly follow up with clients to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. 7. Collaboration with Internal Teams : Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals. Provide feedback from clients to help improve products and services. 8. Sales Reporting and Forecasting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in a CRM system. Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance against targets and inform strategic decision-making. 9. Market Research and Competitive Analysis : Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats. Gather intelligence on competitor offerings to effectively position the company’s products. 10. Continuous Learning and Development : Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise. Participate in training programs, workshops, and industry conferences to stay updated on best practices. Requirements o CRM Proficiency: Experience with customer relationship management software, particularly with Apollo, to effectively track interactions and manage leads. o Digital Literacy: Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales tools to improve outreach and client engagement. o Microsoft Office Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word, as well as Gmail for effective communication and documentation.
