Capital Project Manager – Estates/Client-Side

Ideal Candidate: 5 years of experience delivering medium to large-scale new build and refurbishment projects, with strong stakeholder management skills. Professional qualifications (MRICS, MCIOB, APM) are preferred but not essential.
