The role primarily focuses on purchase ledger activities. Still, it offers plenty of variety, including sales ledger and general finance tasks across multiple entities. You will join a friendly finance team reporting directly to the Financial Controller using Sage 200. This is an exciting opportunity to support a company during its early stages. What will the Accounts Assistant role involve? Code and process a high volume of invoices onto Sage Matching invoices to purchase orders Reconcile supplier statements Weekly payment run Allocate receipts Credit control Monthly review of sales ledger Verify CIS Processing staff expenses and credit card statements Ad hoc tasks Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy: Accounts Payable experience Strong communication skills Happy to get stuck in and support the wider finance team AAT preferred but not essential Additional benefits and information for the role of Accounts Assistant: Restaurant discount On-site parking Company pension 23 days holiday Flexi hours CMA Recruitment Group is acting as a recruitment agency in relation to this role.
