Head of IT for Luxury Hospitality Group, City of London £65,000 - £70,000 per annum Job Title : Head of IT Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 per annum Location: East London, UK Workplace Type: Hybrid - Initially 4 days in the office, transitioning to 3 days Role Overview We are excited to represent our client, an international luxury hospitality group in the search for a Head of IT to join their team As the Head of IT, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the organisation’s technology infrastructure supports and enhances its world-class operations. We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Head of IT to oversee the company’s technology strategy and operations. This hybrid role will require a proactive leader who can align IT initiatives with business goals while maintaining robust and secure systems. The position will be a hybrid role and office-based for four days a week initially, transitioning to three days as the successful candidate settles into the role. Key Responsibilities: Create and implement an IT strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives and supports growth. Oversee the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security. Identify and implement technology solutions to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experiences. Develop and enforce robust cybersecurity protocols to safeguard company data and systems. Lead and manage the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure service excellence. Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects on time and within budget. Oversee IT support operations to ensure prompt resolution of technical issues. Ensure all IT systems and processes comply with relevant regulations and best practices. Requirements: Proven experience in a senior IT role, preferably within the luxury hospitality or service sector. Strong leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies. Expertise in cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance standards. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. A strategic mindset with the ability to balance short-term needs and long-term objectives. Experience managing hybrid working environments and cloud-based systems is an advantage.
