Answer and direct phone calls efficiently. Manage front desk operations, including handling inquiries and providing information. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling. Maintain a tidy and organised reception area. Support various departments as needed.Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
