We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Customer Hedging Analyst to join our experienced team. As part of a team of three, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our live market desk is open to customers and that we provide market-leading information and prices. They are also responsible for Publishing industry-leading market reports on time and consolidate key market events and drivers clearly & simply and combining together public and paid market information, as well as in house research and analytics. Monitor and collate real-time energy market information and trading screen prices to manage customer risk tools. Ensure accuracy in customer transactions and market information, and respond promptly to customer requests. Publish industry-leading market reports on time and consolidate key market events and drivers clearly & simply and combining together public and paid market information, as well as in house research and analytics Ensuring any customer instructions in our systems (lockins) and external communications are quickly and accurately recorded, promptly rectifying issues across all levels of the process Experience Required: Research and analysis skills Able to interact well with customers and well organised Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills Preferably exposure to live commodity markets, particularly power and gas and their drivers. Preferably experience in a customer-facing role in an energy trading/transaction environment.
