Lead Technical Animator

A new innovative AAA games studio are looking for a Lead Technical Animator to join their team. Recently award for their outstanding workplace culture and environment, the studio have signed a large publishing deal, paving the way for exciting new projects. As Lead Technical Animator, you will be leading an experienced animation team, and working closely with the larger art team to ensure an immersive experience for players. You will also have the opportunity to make an impact through a hands-on approach, focusing on character rigging/animation. Requirements: A passion for games. High level ability using Maya rigs, Motion Builder rigs, as well as Meta Human. Unreal experience is essential. An established character move set – walking cycles, facial animations. A background of in-studio AAA game development. A collaborative individual who will thrive in an inclusive environment. This is a hybrid role, requiring two days per week on-site at their Warwickshire-based studio.
