Support Workers (Days and Nights)

Talent Link Recruitment is currently hiring for a client seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers for both Day and Night shifts. If you’re passionate about making a difference in people’s lives and have a valid driving licence, we’d love to hear from you About the Role: As a Support Worker, you will provide vital care and assistance to individuals who need support with daily activities, ensuring they live fulfilling and independent lives. You’ll work as part of a caring team, helping with personal care, meal preparation, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide personal care and assistance to individuals with varying needs. Support clients with daily living activities, including cooking, cleaning, and household tasks. Assist with medication management and health-related activities. Promote independence and support clients in achieving their personal goals. Maintain accurate and timely records of care activities. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other care professionals. A valid driving licence is essential, as some clients may require transport to appointments and activities. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a care or support worker role is preferred, but not essential. A valid driving licence is a must. Compassionate and caring nature with a desire to help others. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
