Corporate and Partnerships Executive – Strategic Partnerships Role Salary: £35,000 per annum Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, with occasional evenings and weekends Join a Dynamic Organisation to Build High-Impact Partnerships Are you an experienced professional with a talent for building and managing corporate relationships? We are seeking a proactive Corporate and Partnerships Executive to drive our corporate engagement strategy, secure high-value partnerships, and deliver impactful collaboration opportunities. Key Responsibilities Corporate Partnerships: Identify, secure, and manage high-value corporate partnerships, creating compelling proposals, delivering persuasive pitches, and negotiating terms for mutual benefit. Membership Strategy: Develop and implement a corporate membership programme to attract new supporters and retain key partners. Event Management: Plan and host tailored corporate events, site visits, and experiences to engage stakeholders and showcase partnership impact. Collaboration: Work with internal teams—including operations, guest services, and marketing—to align partnership opportunities with organisational goals. Marketing & Communication: Collaborate with the Communications Team to develop engaging content that highlights the success of partnerships across digital channels. Reporting & Budgeting: Manage income and expenditure budgets, track performance against financial targets, and provide regular updates to senior leadership. About You The ideal candidate will bring: A proven track record in corporate fundraising, business development, or a similar role involving significant income generation. Experience in organising bespoke events and corporate engagement programmes. Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong, impactful relationships with stakeholders.
