Consultants with 1 years experience took a minimum of 30k bonus in 2024. Our top performers are putting £12k in bonuses on their base regularly. The Business: You’ll join a high-performing team of 15 and benefit from a tailored progression pathway . They recruit within lucrative manufacturing industries in the US, with average fees of 25k USD . ( That looks like £4,000 commission in your bank ) Constantly on hand to support your learning as you upskill - whether that's from a trainee, someone with experience or as you progress into management . The business is opening its first satellite office in the US in 2025, and there will be relocation opportunities.
