To support these innovations, we are looking for an Artwork Management Team Lead YOUR ROLE Reporting to the Group Project and Artwork Management Lead, you will supervise the Artwork Management team of 3 people and contribute to the operational management and production of artworks for all the Group's regions. To carry out your missions, you will work in close collaboration with the Marketing, Packaging, Supply Chain and Regulatory departments, as well as our external service providers. RESPONSABILITIES Maintain a high standard of professionalism, initiative, and willingness to adapt to the changing environment Provide clear goals and performance expectations for your direct reports Provide input to the Group Project and Artwork Management Lead with respect to staff performance Management of all related activities in reprographics Coordinate and plan the prepress part (photoengraving) via our internal artwork tool Manage and participate in projects and other duties as required Assist team members with complex and escalated issues in a timely manner Maintain and develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders (prepress industry professionals, etc.) Develop and maintain reports in our internal artwork development tool YOUR PROFILE Professional English (read, written and spoken) Excellent team-building and leadership skills (management experience required) Organizational, analytical, judgment, and decision-making skills Ability in problem solving Strong oral and written communication skills Good knowledge of the graphic chain (prepress and printing techniques) Our main software: SAP, WebCenter, Pack Office OUR WORKING CONDITIONS Job creation Permanent contract Full time 13 months salary Collective incentive bonus Restaurant voucher 8.50€/day Telework up to 2 days/week 31 days of paid leave 12 days of reduced working time (RTT) Time saving account (CET) CSE benefits
